This cap has two LEDs in the brim and two LEDs under the brim. The LEDs in the brim provide illumination up to 50 feet and the two under the brim are excellent for close-up tasks. For maximum visibility, all four LEDs can be used together. The LEDs emit white light and have a bulb life of approximately 100,000 hours. Four CR2032 long-life lithium batteries are included which provide more than 30 hours of continuous light. Available in lime, orange, black or navy - all of which are ANSI 107 Class headwear, made from 150D oxford polyester with mesh venting panels.

Phase change helmet cooler suitable for use within headgear (not supplied). The phase change helmet cooler aids cooling by absorbing excess heat build up within the headgear. The helmet cooler reduces the temperature within the headgear by 20-25 degrees. This temperature decrease allows the head to expel more heat and accelerate the body's ability to naturally cool itself. The phase change is preset at 10 degrees C. The helmet cooler works in the same way as our other phase change products and is safe and easy to use.

Bump cap or baseball cap cooler (cap not supplied). The cooler is placed in the front of a baseball or bump cap. Works extremely well in any hot conditions, even with 95% humidity. The cooler acts as a heat sink in the same way as the helmet cooler, reducing heat build-up without any negative side effects.

Hard hat cooler with neck shade. Provides protection from the heat and sun when wearing a hard hat. Hook and loop attachment attaches easily to the hard hat. Made with a quilted nylon outer and PEF fabric inner, and a water repellant nylon liner. It will provide at least 5 hours cooling per soaking, and is used in the same way as our other evaporative cooling products. Available only in hi-viz lime, and one size only. Hard hat not included.

Warming hard hat liner, suitable for use in all hard hats (not supplied). This hard hat liner protects the head and neck from the cold. It attaches directly to the hard hat. The hard hat liner is made from soft, durable 100% polyfleece with a black cotton-poly elastic trim for a snug fit. It has a hook and loop closure and attachments and has a built-in mini/hand warmer heat pack pocket over each ear. The hard hat liner is supplied with a set of mini/hand warmer heat packs, which are also sold separately.

Cooling Sports Cap. PEF fabric has been integrated directly into the cap panels to allow this evaporative cooling cap to provide relief from the heat. It will provide at least 5 hours cooling per soaking, and is used in the same way as our other evaporative cooling products. It is lightweight with mesh vents for air circulation, and a hook and loop adjustment. It's perfect for any sports participants. Available only in blue and white.

Cooling Ranger Hat. Classic ranger hat, suitable for almost any use. With a tie fasten, it is lightweight and durable. It is made from a quilted 100% cotton outer with PEF fabric inner and water repellant nylon liner. Available in khaki only.
